Appellant attacks his conviction (1) for insufficient evidence to support the conviction, (2) for failure of [225 Kan. 426] the judge to warn appellant that his conduct was contemptuous, and (3) for failure of the judge either to cite appellant instantaneously for said contemptuous conduct or to recuse himself and have an impartial judge determine the accusation in contempt.
